SOAP spec.の確認の一環。
Body要素は自分で定義するので、ここで終わりだね。
headerの要素では、どのServerに渡して(actor)、そのServerは処理するのか転送するのか(mustUnderstand)、どのencodingでか(encodingStyle)か。
